The beach

- Dark grey sand, about 5 km long
- What to expect
- A long, flat beach south-west of Limassol, beside the Akrotiri salt lake. The water is shallow, there is plenty of space even in August, and simple restaurants are spread along it.
- Getting there
- Past the new port of Limassol, along a coastal road that is partly unpaved. You can park beside the sand almost anywhere.
