Vangelis Mavronicolas is an Architect Engineer who was born in Paphos in 1962. He pursued his architectural studies at the National Metsovio Technical University of Athens from 1981 to 1986. During this period, he also gained experience as an assistant sculptor in the workshop of Professor George Kalakallas, highlighting an early connection between his technical and artistic pursuits. In 1992, he established his personal architectural office in Paphos, Metaplasis Architects Ltd. Through this firm, he has undertaken the design of numerous small and large-scale buildings and studies. His professional reach extends beyond Cyprus, with projects completed in Greece, France, and Lebanon.
